Single Sign-On accounts are controlled and managed by your direct IT department, not IWD. If you select YES, please reach out to your IT department.
Your username is most likely your professional email address.
In case you forgot your password, it can be reset by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD.
Your password can be reset by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD on the login page. Have a look at our article entitled 'How to reset my password' for more information.
Please ask the Super Admin of your account to check if you have an active license. If you don't, they will be able to trigger a license activation.
