HOW TO MANAGE GUIDELINE OWNERSHIP?
What is guideline ownership?
By default, on the IWD Platform, a guideline can only be updated by...
- The user who created it = OWNER
- Users having the right to modify guidelines created by others = SUPER ADMINS
To allow you to work collaboratively on a guideline with colleagues who are not Super Admins, and enable multiple users to edit the guideline's content without duplicating it, it is possible to define more than one owner for a guideline.
Who can manage guideline ownership?
To be able to add or remove owners of a guideline, you must:
- Either be one of the current OWNERS
- Or have the right to modify guidelines created by others ie. have a SUPER ADMIN profile
