Duplicating a guideline is a great way to save time as it avoids creating a new guideline from scratch. It is also possible to duplicate several guidelines or all guidelines in a folder at once.

DUPLICATE ONE GUIDELINE 

1 Click on ︙ on the right of the guideline you wish to duplicate to open the ACTIONS menu.

2 In the ACTIONS menu, click on DUPLICATE:

3 A pop-up window will prompt you to choose a destination folder and CONFIRM.

4 Edit the guideline information and SAVE.

DUPLICATE MULTIPLE GUIDELINES

You can also duplicate several guidelines at once.

1 Select the guidelines you wish to duplicate by clicking on the checkbox on the left of each guideline.

2 Click on ︙ on the top right of the listing to open the ACTIONS menu.

3 In the ACTIONS menu, click on DUPLICATE:

3 A pop-up window will prompt you to choose a destination folder and CONFIRM.

DUPLICATE ALL GUIDELINES

You also have the option to duplicate all the guidelines in folder at once!

1 From the folder containing the guidelines you wish to duplicate, click on SELECT ALL on the top right then click on ︙ to open the ACTIONS menu.

2 In the ACTIONS menu, click on DUPLICATE:
