Why?
We use a tool to log any frontend issues encountered with extra information. This information makes it easier for us to identify issues and makes it more efficient to improve the quality of our product and resolve any support requests you may have.
Unfortunately if you have an active adblocker on your browser it will prevent the information from being collected. To allow this information to be collected you need to authorize it once when you are on our site.
How?
There are a number of adblockers on the market but the main one in use shows a red hand icon.
- Go first to our website.
- Click this red icon into your browser, a window will open.
- Click on "Always" (or "Deactivate") on this window.
- The hand will turn green.
