If you need to visit a store without Internet connection, activate offline mode to access the store page and answer its surveys.

HOW TO ACTIVATE OFFLINE MODE
Offline mode needs to be activated on each store individually while you still have Internet access.
From a store page:
- Select a store
- Touch the offline button
in the top right-hand corner - Confirm that you want to activate offline mode
- When the icon is green
, your store has been downloaded
You are now able to access the store page without an internet connection.
For now, only the survey and inventory sections are available offline.
During this time, the offline icon appears grey 
and all changes are saved to your device.
Your updates will automatically be live as soon as your device is connected, you do not need to do anything.
INFO Make sure you have enough available space on your device to save files. IWD APP will cache the data on your phone.
HOW TO REMOVE OFFLINE MODE
Remember to remove offline mode for stores when you don’t need it anymore.
From a store page:
- Select a store
- Touch again the offline button
- Confirm that you want to remove offline access for this store

ABOUT THE OFFLINE ICON
If it’s green : all changes are saved to the platform.
If it’s grey : all modifications are saved to your device. As soon as your internet access is back, the information will automatically be saved to the platform.
