This section will help you keep track of your agents workload. You will clearly see the progression of surveys done and remaining for each agent in order to compare the amount of work between them.
Under the PUBLISHED tab, select VIEW BY USERS.
GENERATE THE FOLLOW-UP CHART
1 Click on SELECT A MARKET to choose the market you wish to view from the drop-down menu and click on CONFIRM.
2 Click on SELECT A FOLDER to choose a campaign, choose the correct folder from the drop-down menu and click on CONFIRM.
3 Choose the users or user groups by clicking on SELECT USERS and click on APPLY.
If a user belongs to several groups, they will appear on each group they belong to.
Follow the progress of surveys that have been completed or need to be completed by those users!
