Creating a guideline from scratch and editing it is a very simple process, as described below.

OPENING THE EDITOR
Add a new guideline
1 Go to the GUIDELINES section and click on the bottom left corner.
2 Choose whether you want to build a 2D or 3D guideline. Once selected, you will be directed to the item profile page.
3 In the guideline profile header, enter the information required (name, campaign, markets).
4 Save your guideline into your folders and start editing it. Note that if you are currently in a folder (whether personal or global), this folder will be set by default as the location of this new guideline. According to your profile, you may not be able to save a guideline in the global folder.
Manage the content available
You must specify the content (products, brands, etc.) to be placed in the guideline.
1 Under the CATALOG tab of the sheet, click on MANAGE CATALOG to link items.
2 On the popup window, select the folders from the catalog that you wish to be able to place on your guideline.
3 Click on CONFIRM on the top right corner - you can edit your selection and add more folders or delete some if you want.
Opening the editor
Once you have created your guideline, you will be able to open it by clicking on "OPEN EDITOR" and add items & fixtures to your guideline.
It is important to select the brands or product categories available in the guideline because:
- This allows users to sort, search and browse the guidelines using the brand or category filters
- This allows you to authorize only the selected content to be placed on your guideline.
