Add a folder

To add a folder, simply click on the _.png icon in the bottom left corner and select FOLDER. Name it and add subfolders if needed. Keep in mind that a good structure is efficient when it comes to searching through the folders but also for management purposes. The clearer, the better!

Add a subfolder

To add a subfolder, select the folder you want to add a level to. The new folder will be created in the current location. Click on the _.png icon and select FOLDER, name it and you're good to go! 


Only SuperAdmin profiles can add levels to the Global Folders. Depending on your profile, you may only be able to add folders to your personal space. 

Under your personal space, you can organize folders and subfolders the way you want. The folders will be alphabetically sorted - but you can change that setting - and no one but you has access to it. Plus, you can add as many folders and subfolders as you wish.

Be careful, you will not be authorized to delete a folder if it contains content. Make sure you empty all the subfolders prior to deleting them. If a guideline is linked to this folder, this guideline will be linked directly to the brand of this folder.
