If you need to manually add several new items of the same type (e.g. only testers) from the same collection to your database, follow the steps below to save precious time.
DUPLICATE AN EXISTING ITEM
1 Identify the item in the database that you wish to duplicate.
2 On the far right of the item sheet, click on ︙ to open the ACTIONS menu and select DUPLICATE.
3 Select the folder you want to save this copy to. By default, it is saved under the same folder.
4 You can now modify the fields that differ for your new reference (name, code1, visual, etc.)
5 In order to use the item in your guidelines, make sure it is activated.
