With the mass plan report, get an instant vision of your brand's representation in-store compared to competitors, compare it to the market shares, and check if your sales agreement is respected.
DOWNLOAD THE MASS PLAN REPORT
Once the mass plan surveys have been completed, you can export a detailed report:
1 Go to the REPORTS section.
2 Select the specific fields and metrics you want to analyze:
FIELDS: this allows you to filter your store database with specific clusters and specific brands. The report will show you the mass plan data collected only on those specific stores (for instance, only national chains of a specific town) focusing on some specific brands (some of your own and some competitors, for example).
METRICS: this allows you to focus only on some data, such as the number of bays, the share of space vs the share of the market for each brand, or the display materials’ presence.
3 Click on GENERATE REPORT.
The report will then appear below the fields and metrics.
ANALYZE THE REPORT
If you have uploaded the market shares for your brand and for the competitors, this information will appear in the report.
The delta shown in the last column is a ratio of the space occupied by the brand versus its market share.
If the delta is >0, the brand is well represented in the store considering its market share (green cell). The higher the ratio, the bigger the gap.
If the delta is <0, the brand is underrepresented in the store considering its market share (red cell). The lower the ratio is, the bigger the gap.
