Linking users to a group of stores
1 In the STORES section, identify the stores needed either by performing an advanced search or by opening a predefined group of stores.

With the advanced search, you have the option to copy and paste a list of POS codes from an excel file/notepad in the CODE field or to use any other available filter.
2 Select all of the POS by clicking on SELECT ALL and click on the link to POS icon:
3 Check the name(s) of the user(s) and click on APPLY to confirm the changes.
Unlinking users
1 In the advanced search, enter/select the name of the user(s) from the drop-down in the contact field and click on SEARCH.
2 Select ALL the POS by clicking on SELECT ALL and click on the link to POS icon:
3 Uncheck the user's name and click on APPLY to unlink.

This can also be done in batch once you have set up an SFTP account with IWD (please see how to set up an SFTP).
