[TIPS & TRICKS] Item missing from the database

Looking for an item but you cannot find it? 

  • As a user, you can only visualize the items that are activated on the platform and linked to your market. Contact your Super Admin (in charge of product catalog and content), to find out if the item can be made available for you.
  • The item might actually not be integrated yet on the platform. Contact your Super Admin to know when, and if, it will be available on the platform. 

If the item should be available and you have confirmed with your Super Admin, please contact our Support Team. They will assist you!
