Logging in is the first step to accessing all the features and benefits that the IWD Platform offers. But what if you can't log in successfully? We understand that it can be frustrating when you can't access your account, which is why we've put together this guide to help you troubleshoot any login issues you may experience, so you can get back to using the platform as soon as possible.
- Have you entered the correct username/email?
If you are having trouble logging in, is likely that your password does not match your username. If you do not remember your username, it is most likely your professional email address. Make sure to update your profile information if needed (refer to this article for more information). 📌 Keep in mind that credentials are case-sensitive, both the username and the password.
- Have you entered the correct password?
If you cannot log in with your current password, you can reset it by clicking on the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" link on the login page. A new, temporary password will then be sent to your email address. As it is temporary, make sure to secure your account once you log back in by changing this password in your profile (refer to this article for more information). 📌 Keep in mind that credentials are case-sensitive, both the username and the password.
- Do you have an active license on IWD tools?
If needed, you can request that the Super Admin of your account check if you have an active license. This person will be able to trigger a license activation if needed.
- Is your license active yet?
New access to the IWD Platform is billed at the start of the month. Depending on when you open a new license, your access may either begin immediately or on the first day of the following month. If you transfer a license, the changes take effect immediately, while canceling a license takes effect as soon as we receive the instruction.
IWD licenses are strictly nominative and personal. If the license is used by multiple individuals, IWD cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise. Make sure to secure your account as much as possible to avoid such malfunctions. As a reminder, the password for IWD tools must match the following: at least 10 characters, 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and 1 number.
