Can't seem to log-in?
- Are you using the right credentials (login)?
Careful, the credentials are case sensitive and so is the password. Most of the time the password doesn't match the credentials. If you don't know your credentials, it is most likely to be your professional email address. Don't forget to update your profile information accordingly.
- Are you using the proper password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the RESET PASSWORD link on the login page. This will be a temporary password. You will need to personalize and secure your account once you log in.
- Do you have an active license on IWD tools?
If necessary, you can ask the Super Admin of your account, internally, to check if you have an active license. This person will be able to trigger a license activation if it is required for you.
- Do you have a renewed license? Is your license active yet?
New access to the IWD Platform is billed at the start of the month. Depending on when you open a new license, your access will either start immediately or on the first day of the upcoming month. A transfer of license (content) is effective immediately and canceling of the license is effective the minute we receive the instruction.
IWD licenses are strictly nominative and personal. IWD couldn't be held accountable if any trouble would result in multiple usages. Make sure to secure your account as much as possible to avoid such malfunctions. As a reminder, the password for IWD tools must match the following: at least 10 characters, 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 number.
