[TIPS & TRICKS] Why can't I modify an item ?

If you need to modify an existing item in the catalog but the platform will not allow you to, check out your profile to learn what are your rights:

  • Enduser: As an end-user, you do not have the possibility to modify items in the catalog. However, you can browse the catalog and see the details of a reference. Should you need any modifications to be done, please contact your Super Admin.

  • Admin: As an admin user, you do not have the possibility to modify items in the database apart from the furniture that you have created. However, you can browse the catalog and see the details of a reference. Should you need any modifications to be done, please contact your Super Admin.

  • Super Admin Market: As a Super Admin for a specific market, you have the possibility to integrate and modify items created on the platform for your market. Should you need to modify an item created by the global team, please contact your Super Admin.

  • Super Admin: As a Super Admin, you have the possibility to modify all integrated items on the platform.
