Enhance the communication of your guidelines to the field team by linking the planograms created in IWD to individual stores or clusters of stores.
Superadmin profiles can manage the planograms and stores link:
1 Open the ACTIONS menu of your guideline and click on MANAGE STORES
2 Search the stores that will use this guideline, either by name or by the field Cluster. The list of stores linked to a planogram can be seen in the bottom of the guideline sheet, in the section Stores.
3 The planogram will be available in the Store sheet of the POS you selected, in the tab CURRENT GUIDELINES
4 If your profile has the rights for editing, to unlink or edit the guidelines available in a Store sheet, click on ACCESS GUIDELINE LIST
GOOD TO KNOW
To see a guideline in a Store sheet, a user must have:
- Access to at least one brand of the guideline.
- Access to at least one market of the guideline
- Have the right to see guidelines with the status the guideline has.
The guidelines will appear under the 'Guidelines' section of the store sheet and can be managed by sharing Status and Campaign dates.
