This article will guide you through the steps to add a new user, transfer a license, and check seat availability on the platform.
Important: Only Superusers have the permission to add, modify, or transfer licenses.

1 Click on your profile on the top right corner of the screen then go to DIRECTORY
2 Click on the blue + button to open a new profile
3 Fill in with user information (mandatory)
4 Choose the password (mandatory)
5 Choose the mandatory fields : Role and license, Markets and Brands
6 Click on SAVE

You can link the user to optional fields if needed : User groups and Stores
And you’re all set!
NB Any new user must have an invoiced license prior the profile opening for its seat to be open and available on the platform. Otherwise, you will see a message saying “no available seats”.
To check if you have any seats left :
1 Go on the directory click on any user then click “MODIFY SHEET”
2 Enter the “Roles and licenses” section to see if you have any seats left
If you do not have seats available and need an invoice contact the CSM in charge!
TRANSFER A USER'S LICENSE TO ANOTHER USER
1 Click on your profile on the top right corner of the screen then go to DIRECTORY
2 Search for the user whose license you want to transfer
3 DUPLICATE this user by clicking on the user's name to open their profile then clicking on the 3 dots. It'll create a new user sheet called "Duplicate"
4 Before editing the "Duplicate" new user sheet, go back to the user that you just duplicated and click on the “ACTIVATED” button to deactivate the user (mandatory). The button will turn red.
5 Now you can return to the "Duplicate" new user sheet and fill in with the new user information and password
6 Check the “Roles and licenses” if it is correct and that the seat is well liberated and available after deactivating the old user
And you’re all set!
Do not forget to send an email to the user with its credentials!
