If you are adding a user from scratch

1 Click on your profile top right corner then click to directory

2 Click on the blue + button to open a new profile

3 Fill in with user information (mandatory)

4 Choose your password (mandatory)

5 Choose the “Role and the license” (mandatory)

6 Choose the market the user is linked to (mandatory)

7 Choose the brands the user is linked if there are many brands (mandatory)

 

Click on the blue + button to open a new profile.png


If you are on Execute

1 Link user to specific stores if you need (optional)

2 Link user to a user group if you need  (optional)

And you’re all set!

 

NB  Any new user must have an invoiced license prior the profile opening for its seat to be open and available on the platform. Otherwise, you will see a message saying “no available seats”.

To check if you have any seats left : 

1 Go on the directory click on any user then click “modify sheet” 

2 Enter the “Roles and licenses” section to see if you have any seats left 

If you do not have seats available and need an invoice contact the CSM in charge!

 

If you are transferring a user’s license to another user

 

1 Click on your profile top right corner then click to directory 

2 Search for the user that you want to transfer its license

3 Duplicate this user by clicking on the user page then clicking on the 3 dots

4 Go back to the old user you just duplicated and click on “Activated” button to deactivate the user (mandatory)

5 Return to the duplicated profile page and fill in with the new user information and password

6 Check the “Roles and licenses” if it is correct and that the seat is well liberated and available after deactivating the old user

And you’re all set!

 

Do not forget to send an email to the user with its credentials!
