We’re excited to introduce a new field in the guideline sheet: “Guideline Tag.” This field is designed to help you categorize and organize your guidelines by assigning multiple tags to each one.
> What is the Guideline Tag?
The "Guideline Tag" is a flexible tagging system that allows you to assign multiple labels to each guideline. For example, you might tag guidelines with "Cosmetic" or "Travel" to easily group and identify them.
> Managing and Creating Tags
The creation of guideline tags is controlled by a new access type. By default, only IWD & Super Admins can create tags, but this can be customized in the Rights Sheet to grant access to other roles.
There are 2 ways to create tags:
-
- Directly within the Guideline Sheet while updating a guideline.
- Through the dedicated Tags Sheet.
> Assigning Tags to Guidelines
You can assign tags to guidelines in 2 ways:
-
- Single Assignment: Directly from the Guideline Sheet for an individual guideline.
- Bulk Assignment: Using the Action Menu to assign tags to multiple guidelines at once.
> Important Considerations
⚠️ Warning:
Guideline tags are meant to enhance organization and streamline campaigns. However, excessive use of tags (more than 100 at a time) may impact system performance. We recommend limiting the number of tags to ensure optimal functionality.
